What this module does
Buying from the supplier
Create purchase requests, quotations and purchase orders, and confirm quantities and prices.
The container shipment
Follow the container's status, arrival date, customs clearance and freight and customs costs, and record the bill-of-lading number on it.
Receiving and matching
Receive goods against the purchase document, with differences from the order flagged for review, and write off damaged stock with a document, a reason and an approval.
Storage
Assign each roll a storage location (row, column and shelf) and print its QR label; receiving the goods updates the stock.
Quotation, order and reservation
A document moves from quotation to order to invoice with its lines, with line, document or customer discounts, and a stock reservation.
Sending documents to the customer
Share documents by email (with the PDF attached), WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram.
Invoice and collection
Issue the invoice and collect payments in cash, by bank transfer, cheque or card, and follow the customer's balance and account statement.
Delivery
A delivery note with preparing, shipped and delivered statuses and their dates, and a driver assigned to the delivery.
