Define shifts and view the roster; leave requests with approval and a required attachment per leave type; official holidays that payroll applies automatically.
Payroll calculation
Monthly payroll periods computed from contracts and attendance: part-month proration, absence, lateness, overtime, unpaid leave, holidays, approved commissions and optional social insurance.
Guarded payroll approval
Approve, pay and reopen periods under a dedicated permission with total checks. The owner can approve from a Telegram card, and employees confirm receipt of their payslip.
Commission plans
Tiered commission plans per role or employee, from sales and collections: preview, post, then approve in separate steps before payroll picks them up.
Requests and discipline
Employee requests (leave exception, advance, resignation, certificates) are routed from HR to accounting to a decision. Penalty suggestions need a manager's decision, with policy rules and case numbers.
