DetailsExcel / CSV import
For any system that exports its data, through the Excel or CSV files it produces — with ready templates and column mapping.
DetailsOur support team helps you move from any program
We help you export your data and import it — accounts, opening balances, customers, suppliers, materials, prices and quantities — so you start with the full features. Included in the paid plans (Starter / Professional / Enterprise).
On the free desktop edition you import yourself, with the templates and the steps below.
Al-Rasheed (.rsf)
Opens directlyOpen your Al-Rasheed file (.rsf), choose what to import and keep working — in the cloud, or on your own computer even without internet.
Tested on a real Al-Rasheed company file
In our test on a real company file, every account and every entry matched.
These are our own test results. After every import you get a reconciliation summary, so you can check your file yourself before you rely on it.
Three steps
Open your .rsf file
Pick your Al-Rasheed file in the import wizard. The wizard only reads it — your original file is not changed.
Choose what to import
One review screen shows the counts, the opening trial balance and anything unusual. Tick the groups you want.
Check the result
A summary shows whether the trial balance is balanced and how many account balances match Al-Rasheed, with a downloadable report.
Proven on a real file
- Chart of accounts, with your account numbers (Al-Rasheed's original tree stays available as an alternate view)
- Journal entries — posted, with any unbalanced entry kept as a draft
- Customers and suppliers
- Currencies, exchange rates and fiscal years
- Foreign-currency amounts, kept on every line (for example USD)
- Balances — computed from the imported entries and matched account by account
Also imported
- Materials and opening stock per warehouse
- Sales and purchase invoices and purchase orders
- Receipt and payment vouchers; stock transfers as historical draft records (they do not move stock)
These parts have been tested less than the accounting data — check them in the review screen.
What does not come across
- Stock movement history
- Manufacturing orders
- Al-Rasheed user accounts and employees
Works offline. The desktop edition runs on your own computer with its own database and keeps working without internet. Cloud access to it is optional.
Al-Ameen: a dedicated converter on request
On requestWe are building a converter that works from the Al-Ameen backup. It has not been proven on a real customer backup yet, so we do not call it ready. If you use Al-Ameen, contact us and tell us about your case.
In the meantime you can bring your data in through Excel and CSV.

AvailableMost programs can export their data to Excel or CSV files. Export from your current system, then import the files here — we do not connect to your old system directly.

- Customers and suppliers, with opening balances
- Materials and products, with prices, opening quantities and warehouses
Journal entries and stock movements cannot be imported from Excel yet; opening balances come in through the accounts, customers and suppliers.
How it works
- 1Download the ready template for the data type you want (Arabic, English, Turkish, Russian or Ukrainian).
- 2Fill it in, or upload your own file and map its columns to TexaCore's fields.
- 3Review the validation, then import.
Files: .xlsx, .xls and .csv. CSV in UTF-8, Windows-1256 (Arabic) or Windows-1251 (Cyrillic), with a decimal point or comma.
Questions you may have
Will I lose my data?
No. Importing creates a new company in TexaCore and never changes your original file or your current system. You can check the result before you rely on it.
Can I work in parallel with my current program?
Yes. Importing does not connect to your current program or change it, so you can try TexaCore on a copy of your data while you keep working, and import a fresh copy when you decide to switch. There is no live sync between the two.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The desktop edition works fully offline on your computer. The cloud edition needs an internet connection.
Can I import directly from Odoo, ERPNext, QuickBooks, 1C or Zoho Books?
Not directly. Export your data from that system as Excel or CSV files and import them here with our templates and column mapping.

Leave your details and we will get back to you.
Ready to switch?
Start with the free desktop edition or a 30-day cloud trial — import your file and see your own data in TexaCore.
