What this module does
Contract types you define
Sales, purchase, import, transport and customs contracts are built in; add your own types, such as agency or partnership, with custom fields.
A clause library with saved text
Keep versioned clauses per contract type and tick the ones a contract needs. Their text is copied in, so later edits never change it.
Milestones and reminders
Record planned payments, deliveries, tests and warranties with dates, with a company-wide schedule, dashboard indicators and in-app reminders for upcoming, overdue and ending contracts. The amounts are planned commitments, not payments.
Freeze, sign and track status
Pick a print layout, freeze the text with a SHA-256 hash, upload the signed scan to move the contract to signed, and every status change is tracked.
Company signature and stamp
Register approved signatures and company stamps. Sealing adds them with a verification QR to the frozen contract, publicly checkable by code. The counterparty signs the printed copy by hand.
Share links and addenda
Issue an expiring, revocable read-only link to the frozen contract with a typed-name receipt, and attach numbered addenda with PDF and hashes.
Orders, containers and events
Link sales or purchase orders and shipping containers to a contract, and log violations, fines and delays with evidence files and review status.
Paper archive
File signed originals in a room, cabinet, shelf and folder tree with QR location labels, and search by code, name or contract.
The contracts module is on paid plans. Its stamp and signature are company-side images with a verification code, not a qualified electronic signature.
