What this module does
Extensions for your staff
Create extensions for your employees, each with its own extension number for internal and outside calls. The number of extensions depends on your plan.
IVR menus
A menu with a text or audio greeting and key options that route the caller to an extension, a ring group or voicemail.
Ring groups
Create groups whose members ring at the same time or one after another.
Call recording
Turn recording on in the PBX settings and play recordings back from the call history, which you can search by number or extension.
Calls from the browser
Make and receive calls directly from your browser, with no phone or extra softphone. Microphone access is required.
SIP trunks and GSM gateways
Connect outside lines through SIP trunks or GoIP/GSM gateways. You bring the provider and the numbers.
Call history
A history of every call with direction, status, duration and recording, with filters for missed and recorded calls, and which extensions are online or offline.
A guided setup wizard
A setup wizard walks you through extensions, routing and the IVR menu.
The cloud phone system is included in the paid plans that have the PBX module, within each plan's extension limit; your SIP provider's call charges are separate.
