Work with TexaCore through a Telegram bot
Link an employee account to your company’s bot for a permission-based menu and tools. The bot can analyse an image invoice to prepare a sales draft when it classifies it as a sales invoice; receipts and payments remain drafts until confirmed in the app.
How to get started

Set up the company bot
In Settings > Integrations, add a bot created with BotFather. Test its token, then set the webhook to connect it to TexaCore’s cloud service.

Create a staff link
From User Settings or the employee profile, create a one-time Telegram link or QR code. The code expires after 15 minutes.

Open the link and tap Start
Open the link or scan the code on the employee’s phone, then tap Start in Telegram. The bot’s allowed-role list may restrict who can link to it.

Use the menu for your permissions
You see buttons allowed by your role and account capabilities. A manager can reorder or hide menu items or rename them in Arabic; this does not change permissions.
What this module does

Bot setup requires an administrator to configure the company integration and cloud connection. Once configured, a staff link can be created.
A permission-based menu
The menu shows tools available to the employee account. A manager can reorder, hide, or rename buttons in Arabic; this does not change account permissions.
Receipt and payment drafts
An employee can submit receipt or payment details in a supported format. The bot may ask for a fund, then sends the action to the Confirmation Center for review and confirmation in the app.
Invoice image analysis
Send an invoice image for analysis. If the system classifies it as a sales invoice, it can create a draft for review, line matching, and confirmation in the Confirmation Center.
Customer statement
Open Customers, select a customer card, and choose Statement. This requires customer-view and full-details permissions and shows the balance and posted entries linked to the customer account.
Materials and stock lookup
Search for a material or product and open its card, or view low stock. Results are limited to permitted warehouses; low-stock results require a reorder threshold.
Notifications and approvals
Linked employees may receive alerts for selected events based on role and company settings. An authorized user can review and act on HR requests from their cards.
Daily summary for managers
The summary button shows daily indicators, including sales, cash, receivables, drafts, and low-stock items. Stored receivable balances in this summary may differ from ledger balances.
