Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-27 · Effective 27 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the TexaCore cloud service. TexaCore is the name of the product. The service is provided by Next Revolution for Software Development, Dublin, Ireland ("Next Revolution", "we", "us"). The desktop edition of TexaCore is licensed under the separate Desktop Edition End-User Licence Agreement.
1. Who these terms are for
1.1 TexaCore is business software. These terms are written for businesses and for people acting for a business ("you", "your company"). If you accept them for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
1.2 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
1.3 If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the mandatory rights you have under the law of your country.
2. The service
2.1 The TexaCore cloud service is a web application at app.texacore.ai for running a business: accounting, inventory and warehouses, sales and purchasing, manufacturing, CRM and other modules. Which modules and limits you get depends on your plan.
2.2 TexaCore is a business tool. It does not give legal, tax or accounting advice, and it does not file tax returns or statutory reports for you. You remain responsible for your books, your tax returns and your compliance with the laws that apply to your business.
2.3 We may improve and change the service. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect.
3. Accounts and users
3.1 Give us accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
3.2 You are responsible for everything done through your account and by the users you add. Keep passwords secret, give each person their own login, remove users who leave, and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
3.3 Do not create more than one account for the same company without our agreement, and do not transfer your account to another party without our written consent.
4. Plans, trials and limits
4.1 The plans (Starter, Professional and Enterprise), their modules and their limits (for example users, companies, branches, warehouses and storage) are shown on https://texacore.ai/pricing/, which reads them from our live plan catalogue. The limits that apply to you are those shown there on the day you subscribe, or those in your written offer.
4.2 Cloud plans include a free trial of 30 days with all features. No credit card is required. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, we may suspend access to the trial company. You can still export your data as set out in section 11.
4.3 The free desktop edition is not part of the cloud service. It is licensed under the Desktop Edition End-User Licence Agreement.
4.4 Fair use. Where a plan describes something as unlimited, it is subject to fair use: the use a business of that kind would reasonably make of it. We may ask you to change use that puts the performance or security of the service at risk for others, for example automated bulk loading, reselling capacity, or using storage as a general file archive. We will contact you before restricting anything, unless urgent action is needed to protect the service.
5. Fees, invoicing and payment
5.1 Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, as you choose when you subscribe. Prices are shown on the pricing page. The price that applies to you is the one shown when you subscribe or in your written offer. Any written price commitment we have given you remains valid for its stated period.
5.2 Paid plans are invoiced. The payment methods available are stated when you subscribe and on your invoice; at present they include bank transfer and other methods we agree with you in writing. We do not ask you to enter card details on our website.
5.3 Prices do not include VAT or similar taxes. We add them where the law requires.
5.4 Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until they are cancelled (see section 11 and our Refund and Cancellation Policy).
5.5 We may change prices. A change applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you at least 30 days before the renewal date.
5.6 If an invoice is more than 15 days overdue, we may suspend access after giving you notice. Access is restored when the invoice is paid. Suspension does not delete your data.
6. Your data
6.1 You own the data you enter into the service ("your data"). You give us the right to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide the service to you, to keep it secure, to give you support and to meet our legal obligations.
6.2 When we process personal data on your behalf (for example the details of your customers, suppliers and employees), we act as your processor and you act as the controller. The Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms for business customers, and the Subprocessors page lists the companies that help us do this. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter the personal data you put into the service and for informing the people concerned.
6.3 Files you upload for import are stored with your company's data. We use them only to run and troubleshoot your import.
6.4 We do not sell your data and we do not use your data to train AI models of our own. How AI features handle data is explained in the AI Features Notice.
6.5 We keep backups to restore the service after a failure. You remain responsible for deciding what you export and keep for your own records.
6.6 To operate, secure, support and improve the service we also use technical and usage information about how the service performs (not the content of your records). The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data for which we are the controller.
7. Acceptable use and security
7.1 You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
7.2 Do not test the security of the service, or probe other customers' data, without our written permission. If you find a vulnerability, please report it to [email protected] and give us reasonable time to fix it before you disclose it.
7.3 Our security measures are described on the Security page.
8. AI features
8.1 Some features use AI providers. The AI Features Notice explains which features, what is sent and what is optional.
8.2 AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check it before you rely on it, especially for accounting entries, prices, quantities, translations and legal or tax matters. You are responsible for decisions you take using AI output.
9. Third-party services and integrations
9.1 Some features connect to services you choose to use, for example Telegram, WhatsApp and other messaging or email services, shipping services or Google services. Those services are provided by others under their own terms. We are not responsible for them. Connecting them sends the data needed for the connection to those services.
10. Availability and support
10.1 We work to keep the service available and secure. We do not promise uninterrupted service: maintenance, failures of providers we rely on, and events beyond our control can interrupt it. We try to announce planned maintenance in advance where practical.
10.2 Support is provided as described for your plan on the pricing page. Bug fixes are delivered according to type and severity, and security fixes receive the highest priority. Updates are delivered to the cloud service automatically.
11. Cancellation, suspension, termination and your data on exit
11.1 You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
11.2 We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if you break the Acceptable Use Policy, if an invoice remains unpaid after notice, or if the law requires. We will give you notice and a reasonable chance to fix the problem unless the breach is serious or urgent action is needed to protect the service, other customers or other people.
11.3 Data export. While your subscription is active you can export your company data with the export tools in the service, for example as a company data file or as Excel or CSV files from lists and reports. For 30 days after your subscription ends we keep your data so that you can export it, and we will help if you ask at [email protected].
11.4 Deletion. After the export period we delete your company data from our live systems within 30 days. Copies held in backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle. We may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and payment records.
11.5 Sections that by their nature continue after termination (including ownership, liability, confidentiality and governing law) continue.
12. Intellectual property
12.1 We and our licensors own the service, its software, design, documentation and the TexaCore name and logo. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to own it. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or use it to build a competing product, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
12.2 If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
13. Confidentiality
13.1 Each of us will keep the other's non-public business information confidential, use it only for these terms, and protect it with the care we use for our own. This does not apply to information that is public, was already known, is independently developed, or must be disclosed by law.
14. Warranties, liability and indemnity
14.1 To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind that are not set out in these terms.
14.2 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of goodwill.
14.3 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
14.4 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory right you have as a consumer.
14.5 You are responsible for claims against us by third parties that arise from your data or from your use of the service in breach of these terms or the law, and you will compensate us for the resulting losses and reasonable costs, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Sanctions and law
15.1 You confirm that you and your users are not subject to sanctions that would make our service unlawful to provide to you, and that you will not use the service in breach of applicable export-control and sanctions law. We may suspend access where the law requires.
16. Changes to these terms
16.1 We may update these terms. For a material change we will tell you by email or in the service at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before it takes effect, and we will refund any fees you have paid for the period after cancellation. If you continue to use the service after the change takes effect, you accept the new version.
16.2 The version number and effective date are at the top of this page. The current version is always at https://texacore.ai/legal/terms/.
17. Governing law, language and general terms
17.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Dublin, Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
17.2 English is the governing language of these terms. The Arabic text, and any other translation, is provided for convenience. If it differs from the English text, the English text prevails.
17.3 These terms, with the documents they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service. If a part is found invalid, the rest remains in force. We may assign these terms to a successor of our business. Neither of us is liable for failing to perform because of events beyond our reasonable control.
17.4 Notices to us: [email protected], or Next Revolution for Software Development, Dublin, Ireland. Our company registration number and registered address are available on request at the same email address. We give notices to you at the email address of your account administrator or in the service.
