TexaCoreERP

Acceptable Use Policy

Version 2026-10-27 · Effective 27 October 2026

This policy says what you may and may not do with TexaCore. It applies to everyone who uses the TexaCore cloud service, our website and chat, and the features of the desktop edition that connect to our servers. It forms part of the Terms of Service. TexaCore is the name of the product, which is provided by Next Revolution for Software Development, Dublin, Ireland ("we", "us").

1. The rule in one sentence

1.1 Use TexaCore for lawful business purposes, in a way that is safe for other customers, for the people whose data you handle and for the service itself.

2. You must not

2.1 Break the law or help others to. This includes fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, evading sanctions or export controls, and trading in goods or services that are illegal.

2.2 Upload, store or send content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy, that is defamatory, threatening, harassing or discriminatory, or that exploits or endangers children.

2.3 Attack or weaken the service. This includes introducing malware; probing, scanning or testing the security of the service or of other customers' data without our written permission; trying to get around authentication, plan limits or permissions; and overloading the service on purpose.

2.4 Access data or accounts that are not yours, or share your login with other people. Each person who uses TexaCore needs their own user.

2.5 Use bots, scrapers or other automated means to read the service, other than through interfaces we offer for that purpose.

2.6 Send spam or unsolicited messages. If you use email, Telegram, WhatsApp or another messaging feature from TexaCore, you must have the permission of the people you message and you must follow the rules of the messaging service and the law on direct marketing.

2.7 Pretend to be someone else, or mislead people about who you are or where content comes from.

2.8 Resell, sublicense or provide the cloud service to others as your own service without our written agreement, or use the service to build a competing product.

2.9 Misuse AI features: do not use them to produce unlawful or deceptive content, to make decisions about people that have legal or similarly significant effects without human review, or to process special categories of personal data without a lawful basis. See the AI Features Notice.

3. Fair use of shared resources

3.1 Plans describe limits, and some features are described as unlimited within fair use. Fair use means the use a business of your kind would reasonably make of the plan. We may ask you to change use that puts the service at risk for others, for example automated bulk loading or using storage as a general file archive. Section 4.4 of the Terms of Service applies.

4. Your responsibilities as a user

4.1 Keep your password secret and your computer secure. Remove users who have left your company. Tell us at once at [email protected] if you think your account has been misused.

4.2 You are responsible for the data you enter and for having a lawful basis to hold it, including personal data about your customers, suppliers and staff.

5. Reporting

5.1 To report abuse or a security problem, write to [email protected]. Please give enough detail for us to find and check what you saw. If you report a vulnerability, give us reasonable time to fix it before you make it public.

6. What we may do

6.1 We may investigate possible breaches of this policy, and we may remove content, restrict a feature, suspend an account or end the agreement. We will usually warn you and give you a chance to fix the problem first, but we may act at once when the breach is serious or when we must protect the service, other customers or other people.

6.2 We may share information with authorities when the law requires or allows it.

6.3 If we end an agreement because of a breach of this policy, the data export and deletion steps in the Terms of Service still apply, and fees already paid are not refunded.

7. Changes

7.1 We may update this policy. The version number and effective date are at the top, and the current version is always at https://texacore.ai/legal/acceptable-use/. Questions: [email protected].
