Cookie Policy
Version 2026-10-27 · Effective 27 October 2026
This policy lists every cookie, tag and browser storage item used on our website texacore.ai, what each is for, who sets it and how long it lasts. It is part of our Privacy Policy. The website is run by Next Revolution for Software Development, Dublin, Ireland ("we", "us"). TexaCore is the name of our product.
1. Your choices
1.1 When you first visit, a notice asks for your choice: Accept all, Reject all, or Customise (analytics and marketing separately). Until you choose, and for everyone by default, no analytics or marketing tag runs and nothing is sent to Google, Microsoft or Meta.
1.2 Strictly necessary storage (section 2) is always on, because the website cannot work without it.
1.3 You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page. Your choice is remembered for 12 months, then we ask again. If you withdraw consent, we delete the cookies and stored identifiers of that category and reload the page without its tags.
1.4 Google Consent Mode v2 is used: all four Google consent signals (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization) are denied until you consent. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
2. Strictly necessary and preference storage (no consent needed)
This storage stays in your browser. It is used to remember choices you make or to provide something you asked for, and it is not used for tracking.

3. Analytics (only with your consent)
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_E8ZK7VMEW5 | Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) | Counts visitors and shows how pages are used | Up to 2 years |
_clck, _clsk, CLID, ANONCHK, MR, SM | Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) | Session recordings and heatmaps that show where visitors get stuck | From 10 minutes to 1 year, depending on the cookie |
tx_web_sid | Us | A random visitor identifier that links your visits in our own records and is passed to Clarity | Until you clear it |
tx_attr, tx_attrib, tx_attr_ref | Us | Remembers the campaign, advertisement, search or referring site that brought you, the first and the latest landing page, and the tags of the campaign link. It is added to the sign-up link and to forms you send | Until you clear it |
tx_visitor_uuid | Us | A random identifier for the live-visitor view | Until you clear it |
tx_visitor_geo, tx_landing_page | Us (session storage) | Caches your approximate location and your first page for the live-visitor view | Up to 10 minutes / the tab session |
3.1 Live-visitor view. With analytics consent, while you browse the site your page, device type and the approximate country and city derived from your IP address are shown to our team in real time, so that we can answer visitors who ask for help. The IP address is read by our own server function and by the lookup service get.geojs.io. The call widget also looks up your IP address with get.geojs.io and api.ipify.org, loads two software libraries from cdn.jsdelivr.net, and joins the same real-time channel. Without analytics consent none of this starts, except that the call widget starts when you press the call button.
3.2 Visits to the website are also recorded in our own table of website visits (page, language, campaign tags and referring site, with your random identifier). This too happens only with analytics consent.
4. Marketing (only with your consent)
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
_fbp, _fbc | Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) | Measures the results of our advertising on Meta and lets us show relevant ads | Up to 90 days |
_gcl_au, _gcl_aw | Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) | Measures the results of our advertising on Google and links an ad click to a sign-up | Up to 90 days |
4.1 The marketing tags also load scripts from google.com, googletagmanager.com, connect.facebook.net and facebook.com. Those companies may set their own cookies on their own domains.
5. What we do not do
5.1 We do not use fingerprinting, and we do not use advertising networks other than those listed above.
5.2 The TexaCore cloud service (app.texacore.ai) and the desktop edition do not contain advertising or analytics tags. They use essential storage only: your sign-in session, the company and language you selected, interface preferences and a local cache of data you loaded. They also report technical errors to our own error-tracking server, without cookies, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. How to manage cookies in your browser
6.1 You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block essential storage, parts of the website, such as the language choice and the support chat, may not work.
7. The law
7.1 Storing information on your device, or reading it, needs your consent unless it is strictly necessary to provide something you asked for. In Ireland this is regulation 5 of the European Communities (Electronic Communications Networks and Services) (Privacy and Electronic Communications) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 336 of 2011). Where personal data is processed, the General Data Protection Regulation also applies, and consent is the legal basis for the analytics and marketing tags above.
8. Changes and contact
8.1 We update this list when we add, remove or change a tag. The version number and effective date are at the top. Questions: [email protected].
