How to get started

  1. 1

    Warehouses and branches

Define several warehouses (main, branch, store, van) with shelf locations, link each branch to its warehouses, and limit each user to the branches and warehouses assigned to them.

  2. 2

    Units and packaging with conversions

Each item has a base unit and packaging levels you define, such as bag, pallet or ton, with conversions between them and their own barcodes. Buy and sell in any of them.

  3. 3

    Credit sales, purchases and collections

Quotation, order and invoice on one sheet, and a purchase cycle through to goods receipt. Give each customer a price list, a discount and a credit limit, and collect a payment from the invoice: it moves to partly paid or paid.

  4. 4

    Delivery notes and partial deliveries

Create a delivery note from an order, independent of the invoice, and deliver the order in several parts.

What this module does

Selling, buying and collecting

Credit sales, purchases and collections

Quotation, order and invoice on one sheet, and a purchase cycle through to goods receipt. Give each customer a price list, a discount and a credit limit, and collect a payment from the invoice: it moves to partly paid or paid.

Direct sale today, a dedicated POS on the way

Direct sale on the sales sheet is available today, and a dedicated POS screen is coming.

Stock and warehouses

Warehouses and branches

Define several warehouses (main, branch, store, van) with shelf locations, link each branch to its warehouses, and limit each user to the branches and warehouses assigned to them.

Units and packaging with conversions

Each item has a base unit and packaging levels you define, such as bag, pallet or ton, with conversions between them and their own barcodes. Buy and sell in any of them.

Delivery

Delivery notes and partial deliveries

Create a delivery note from an order, independent of the invoice, and deliver the order in several parts.

Production

Dry mortars and adhesives manufacturing

If you manufacture, work from recipes: confirming a production order plans the batches and pallets and gives every bag a serial number and a unique code, with printed labels. A mixing board shows today’s batches and target versus actual weights.

Money, accounts and currencies

Several currencies

Record documents and entries in more than one currency; the company keeps one base currency, and reports can also be shown in a second presentation currency.

Phone and scanning

Barcode scanning from the phone

Open TexaCore in your phone’s browser and scan an item or packaging barcode with the camera to find it in the stock list. On the sales sheet, a scan field adds lines by barcode.

The phone app on your home screen

Add TexaCore to your phone’s home screen from the browser and open it like an app, full screen. It needs an internet connection.

Direct sale runs on the sales sheet in the web app and the desktop app; there is no dedicated POS screen, touch screen or offline selling yet. Component weights from a mixing line arrive through a separately installed line bridge; otherwise one dosed total is typed in, and the system does not control machines. The phone view is for looking things up and scanning; the sales document editor is not designed for the phone. The web app needs an internet connection.
