A TexaCore ERP module

Manufacturing with recipes, stages and quality control

From bill of materials to finished goods: recipes with co-products, production orders with stages and wages, a mixing board with hoppers and coded bags, fabric issued from a chosen roll, and quality with non-conformances and corrective actions.

What this module does

Recipes with co-products

Per-unit or percentage recipes with co-product, by-product and scrap outputs, alternate materials per line, approved revisions you can compare, and Excel import.

Stages, work centres and wages

Reusable stage templates with work centres, dependencies and piece-rate or hourly pay. Approved wages cost the order and flow into payroll.

Orders, subcontracting and cost close

Confirm from a recipe, issue and return materials, receive output with a co-product cost split, send work to a subcontractor, and close with the variance posted. With cost and work-in-progress reports.

Mixing board and hoppers

A touch board for today's batches: assign materials and big-bag lots to hoppers, record cleaning, flag dosing deviation, confirm bags and carry over leftovers.

Bags, pallets and serial codes

Confirming an order plans batches, pallets and a serial number plus a unique code for every bag. Print the labels, and void or replace damaged bags.

Fabric rolls and garment bundles

Roll-tracked lines issue from a chosen roll by cut length, reducing the roll at its cost per metre, returns restore the length, and the rolls used show on the order. Orders can be split into scannable bundles.

Non-conformances, corrective actions and batch release

Non-conformances with containment, disposition and root cause; corrective and preventive actions with effectiveness checks; release or reject held batches behind a QC gate.

Plan requests, daily plan and MRP

Request a plan with a live material and cost preview and approve it; material requirements planning (MRP) suggests make or buy; the daily plan freezes, then releases its orders.

Component weights from the mixing line arrive through a separately installed line bridge; otherwise one dosed total is typed in. The system does not control machines.
