What this module does
A staff bot that follows permissions
Your company's own Telegram bot shows each person only the buttons their permissions allow: tasks, stock lookup, customers, production, deliveries, leave and payslip.
Alerts to the right roles
Telegram notifications by event and role: receipts, payments, low stock, credit limit, delivery routes and new store orders, configured per document type.
Ask the bot in plain words
Type or send a voice note: the bot lists your tasks, finds stock, files leave, shows your payslip, and otherwise answers from company data.
A photo of a paper invoice
Photograph a paper invoice or handwritten receipt in Telegram; AI reads it and prepares a draft sale or payment to review in the app, and the original photo is kept as an attachment.
A payment from a chat message
Type 'received 5000 from Ahmed' or press the button; the bot asks which cash box and queues a pending receipt or payment for confirmation in the Confirmation Center. Nothing is posted from Telegram itself.
An AI assistant over company data
Chat with an assistant that queries company data read-only under your own permissions, plus insight cards for sales, stock, customers, containers and profit.
Scheduled AI reports
Morning and evening reports written per company and role and delivered to Telegram with tasks created from the findings, plus an optional spoken version. They stay off until your company switches them on.
The AI and Telegram features run on the cloud and need an internet connection, and each company registers its own Telegram bot.
