What this module does
A template for every document type
A template library covers invoices, vouchers, statements, delivery notes, contracts, HR forms and labels, with company defaults and a reset to the platform version.
A visual editor with versions
Edit a template visually or as HTML and CSS, insert variables, upload the company logo, stamp and signature, and restore earlier versions.
Invoice and quote print options
Switch the header, terms, bank details, QR, barcode and footer per invoice or quote; choose Arabic, English, Russian or Ukrainian; or use a short preset.
Statement print profiles
Pick statement columns, grid lines, font, page fit, month breaks and carry-forward rows, and save named profiles, with built-in customer, reconciliation, detailed and compact ones.
PDF, Excel and Sheets export
Download a PDF with page numbers, or export the same data to Excel or Google Sheets.
Sharing from one dialog
WhatsApp, Viber and Telegram open with the message ready, and email sends the PDF.
A statement link the customer confirms
Issue a frozen statement link with a QR; the customer opens it without logging in and replies agree or adds a note, with their name. It lasts 7 days by default and 30 at most.
Print and send log
Each print, download, export and send is logged on the document with who, when, channel, period, closing balance and a file hash.
WhatsApp, Viber and Telegram only open the app, so delivery or reading is not confirmed. Statement print profiles are personal to each user.
