A permission matrix and custom roles (such as branch manager and cashier), limiting each user to specific branches, warehouses and cash accounts, while owners and admins keep full control.
Hide profit and cost figures
Hide profit and cost figures from users who do not have the permission.
Warehouse transfers
Move stock between warehouses with a transfer document that tracks its stages (draft, confirmed, loading, shipped, received) and records the driver, vehicle or carrier. Shipping currently handles fabric rolls.
One ledger, currencies and VAT
Documents from every branch post into the company's single general ledger and chart of accounts, with multi-currency support and VAT settings per company.
Financial reports and activity log
Income statement, trial balance and balance sheet per company, a per-document activity timeline (created, confirmed, posted, edited, printed), and an audit log of permission and role changes.
Financial reports are per company; there are no consolidated multi-company reports and no per-branch reports.
