Which markets is TexaCore built for?

TexaCore is a global ERP built for businesses in Europe (including Ireland), Ukraine and the Arab countries: Arabic-first and ready for left-to-right languages, with multi-currency accounting (for example EUR, UAH, USD, SAR, AED and SYP), a product interface in Arabic, English, Russian and Ukrainian, and two editions: a cloud service and a free offline desktop edition.

Which languages does TexaCore support?

The product interface is available in Arabic (right-to-left), English, Russian and Ukrainian. This website is published in eleven languages.

Is TexaCore free?

The desktop edition is free and has no time limit. The cloud service starts with a free trial; plans, prices and limits are shown on the pricing page, which reads them from the current subscription catalogue.

Does TexaCore work without an internet connection?

The free desktop edition runs on your own computer and works fully offline. The cloud service needs an internet connection.

Can I move a company between the desktop edition and the cloud?

Yes, by file. Export a company as a data file (.tcdb) on one side and import it on the other. It is a file transfer, not live synchronisation, and only users who hold the backup permission can do it.

Can I bring my data from another program?

Yes. A Rashid company file (.rsf) can be opened directly, and the Excel or CSV files exported by any other program can be imported with ready templates and column matching. An import creates a new company and does not change your original file or program. There is no direct connection to Odoo, ERPNext, QuickBooks, 1C or Zoho Books: export your data from them to Excel or CSV first.

Who is TexaCore for?

Businesses that buy, store, make and sell goods: trading and distribution, manufacturing, shops, and fabric and textile businesses. Accounting, inventory, sales, purchasing and CRM share one set of records.

How is TexaCore different from spreadsheets or a desktop accounting program?

A spreadsheet holds numbers; TexaCore holds records that are tied together, so a sale reaches the stock, the customer's statement and the ledger together, entries must balance, posted entries are protected from ordinary edits, and permissions and activity logs show who did what. A desktop-only accounting program stays on one computer; TexaCore has a free offline desktop edition and a cloud service, and a company can be moved between them by data file.

Does TexaCore have a cashier (POS) screen?

Not yet. Today you sell and deliver in one step with Direct sale on the sales sheet: scan the barcode and sell by the metre or by the roll, and the stock is deducted and the invoice posted. A dedicated POS screen is coming; there is not yet a touch screen, tablet or mobile POS, an 80 mm thermal receipt, or offline selling.

How is company data protected?

Cloud-service connections are protected with TLS. Company data is isolated at the database level, access follows role- and action-based permissions, document visibility can be scoped to the owner, team or company, and activity logs show who performed an action. Posted entries are protected from ordinary edits. Passphrase-protected .tcdb backup and export files use AES-256 encryption.
